Executive Chef (Cold)

  • Managing and supervising the operations of the cold kitchen, including cold dishes such as salads, desserts, cold appetizers, etc.
  • Ensuring quality and food safety standards in the cold kitchen.

  • Developing and regularly updating the menu of cold dishes.
  • Closely controlling the budget and operating costs of the cold kitchen.

Pastry Chef

  • Developing and designing creative recipes for cakes, pastries, breads, chocolates, and other sweet treats.
  • Overseeing the production of all pastry and baked goods in the kitchen.
  • Ensuring consistent high quality and presentation of all pastry items.
  • Managing the pastry team, including assigning tasks, training staff, and monitoring performance.
  • Maintaining inventory control and ordering necessary ingredients and supplies.

Pastry Assistant

  • Assisting the Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of various baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
  • Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent quality.
  • Performing tasks such as rolling out dough, portioning batters, and decorating finished products.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pastry production area.
  • Properly storing and rotating raw materials and finished items.

General Ledger Accountant

  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and analysis of the general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate recording and timely posting of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, deferrals, and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve accounting-related issues.
  • Maintain documentation and create detailed working papers to support accounting entries and financial reporting.

Sales Representative

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Retail Sales Associate

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customers with the right products.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.

Bubble Tea Barista

  • Expertise in preparing a wide variety of bubble tea drinks, including classic and specialty flavors.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage with customers.
  • Proficient in using bubble tea-specific equipment and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices.

Cashier

  • Good problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Proficient in using cash registers, POS systems, and other retail technology.
